This single weave heavy-weight 900 gram judo gi (jacket) is made of 100% cotton. This is the same weight found in a good double-weave gi.
The jacket is designed with the traditional rice-grain weave on the top section and the diamond pattern on the bottom section. Kataaro Judo/Jujitsu jackets are heavy duty with re-enforced stitching that take a punishing. The lapel is wide and padded for a proper grip. The shoulders and chest areas are re-enforced as well.
