Traditional Japanese Iaido Kaku Obi (Sword Obi)
Crafted for Iaido, Kyudo, and Aikido practitioners, this traditional Japanese kaku obi features a sleek, thin, and wide profile designed to be worn over the kimono and beneath the hakama. Its low-profile construction enhances comfort during ukemi while helping stabilize the hips for improved posture and alignment.
Meticulously constructed, this Iaido belt is designed to securely hold your katana during training. A durable layered twill poly/cotton blend, reinforced with nine rows of stitching, ensures your saya remains properly positioned.
Optional custom embroidery lets you personalize your kaku obi with a name, organization, or meaningful message, with logos or artwork available on the belt ends or other specified areas.
