You can log in to your Kataaro account anytime to view processing notes and order status, including your scheduled shipping date. Here are the basic steps in our belt ordering process:
Ordering online is the fastest way to get started! Select your product and select each custom option that works best for you. Use the "Special Instructions" box for any additional information you’d like us to know. Finally, add the belt to your cart, along with other martial arts belts and accessories, and check out.
Once your order is placed and paid for, we begin constructing your belt to your requested specs. International orders will require a confirmed International Shipping Agreement (ISA) prior to starting. Each item is hand-crafted to order by Kataaro in the USA.
For embroidered items, you will receive an embroidery design proof, via email. This will ensure that the design is just as you envisioned! Take this opportunity to review the proof and provide feedback. We will confirm your approval or update changes accordingly.
After the design is approved, the completed belt moves on to embroidery. Our team uses modern embroidery machines to stitch your design, implementing techniques specialized for martial arts belts.
Our quality control specialists will do a final review of each item, confirming that the construction and embroidery are accurate. Your order will ship out within the production time selected on your order, and tracking information will be sent by email.
