Kataaro will repair or replace any product found to have a manufacturing defect or error. The choice of repair or replacement will be decided by Kataaro. Embroidered items are not eligible for return. Kataaro does not assume the risk of proper fit for uniforms and belts. Proper fit is solely the responsibly of the purchaser. An item may be returned for size exchange at the customer's shipping expense. Items returned for refund or exchange are subject to a restocking fee, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error. Services such as digitizing for a logo are not refundable. All returns and exchanges must be approved by a store manager. Kataaro must be notified within 7 days of receipt and the item returned in it's original condition within 15 days. Please call or email before returning an item. All clearance item sales are final.
Returned items must be in their original condition and must not be neglected, damaged, modified, washed, or altered in any way.
Since Kataaro items are custom, we reserve the right to not accept certain returns based on the ability to resell the item. Some features that may affect the ability to resell are large or narrow width, stiff firmness, rank stripes, and features not listed on the website.
For items damaged in shipping, Kataaro must be notified within 7 days of receipt in order to make a shipping insurance claim. Photos of the damaged package, as well as the damaged item(s), will be required.
