We can modify your artwork if needed to ensure the best design and stitch quality. Choose up to 10 thread colors for embroidered patches or 8 colors for woven patches. Metallic thread options are also available for a premium finish.

Production and Pricing Details

Production time is typically up to five weeks from the date your patch design is approved. If any artwork adjustments are needed to achieve the best quality, additional design fees may apply. During checkout, use the Special Instructions box to note important details such as Pantone color matches, metallic thread placement, or specific design modifications. The minimum order quantity is six patches per design. Volume discounts are automatically applied and shown for each patch size and quantity break point.

  1. What file formats do you accept for file uploads?

    Our preferred file formats are cdr, eps, pdf, ai, and svg. We will also accept psd, jpg, gif, bmp, tif, and png.

    Yes, we at least need a sketch for a starting point. Graphic artwork is even better.

  3. If I have a patch that was made elsewhere, can I duplicate it?

    Yes, mail us the patch and we can duplicate it, exactly.

  4. Will I be able to approve artwork before my patch is produced?

    Yes, you will receive a graphic proof for approval by email prior to production.

  5. How long will it take to receive my patches?

    Overall production time is about 5 weeks, plus shipping time. You will receive a graphic proof within about 1 week. After approval, your patches will ship within about 3-4 weeks. Keep in mind that if revisions are needed, this will impact the production date.

  6. What is the smallest lettering size that can be used?

    All lettering should be a minimum of ¼ inch (8 mm) in height for best quality and legibility.

  7. Can you make patches that are not related to martial arts?

    Yes, any style patch can be ordered, from Aeronautical to Zoology. Some logos and designs may be copyright protected and would require permission from the authorizing party. For Scouts patches (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.), we have an agreement to be able to make these with an added royalty fee that would be assessed after the order is placed.
