The FRSFL Process

To receive your free rank stripes, ship your Kataaro belt to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS, USPS Priority, etc.). Include a note with your full shipping address, phone number, email, and brief instructions.

When your belt arrives, we’ll create an order and contact you to arrange payment for return shipping. Production time is typically 6 business days after payment is received. If necessary, we’ll send a visual proof for your approval before embroidery. Once your belt ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

• Your Kataaro belt is eligible for Free Rank Stripes after your original purchase is completed and received.
• All Kataaro belts are eligible — street belts, key chains, and accessories are not included.
• You may receive up to two (2) free rank stripes per belt submission.
• Free stripes include up to two standard embroidered (¼-inch) or sewn-on (½-inch) stripes, or one non-standard stripe.
• Additional stripes beyond the free limit are subject to standard pricing.
• Rank stripes can only be added if there is adequate space on the belt.
