In April 2010, I ordered a Masters belt with specifications as to wording and which sides they would be on. I received the belt in a timely fashion but it was incorrect, the wording was on the wrong sides as you wear the belt. I called them and we started discussing how the mix up became, while readying for a verbal fight to get it righted, I was politely interrupted. I was told not to worry, and that they would do the belt exactly how I wanted it and they wanted me to be happy. They sent me a new belt, exactly as I wanted it and again, received in a timely fashion. The belt's quality and craftsmanship is superb as is their honesty and customer service. I will never again order, for myself, my students or my teachers as a gift, from anywhere else. Shihan Glen Beck, Shinjimasu, Rokudan

The red belt is of the highest quality as is the embroidery. Your company has been a pleasure to deal with and the belt came much earlier than expected. I personally have practised martial arts for over 40 years and have dealt with many companies through the years. Kataaro has provided me the best product and customer service. Again, thank you. The red Grand Masters belt and the red with the metallic gold boarder Professor's belt are both fantastic. I will be buying all of my embroidered belts from your company. I just put on the Professor's belt where I teach & the students were impressed. That belt is for special events. The Grand Masters belt is for teaching. I am so glad I found your site you helped me a lot on making my purchase. Also it is great to see the product before production.

Anyone looking for a wonderful company to deal with this is the place. I ordered a custom belt from Tom, Kataaro goes far beyond any other company I have dealt with when it comes to customer service and making sure you are happy with your purchase. I ordered on a Saturday not expecting to hear from him until at least monday, by Sunday evening he has gotten back to me and has been in touch through the whole process.
