Honor a senior student’s achievement with the Deluxe Midnight Blue Martial Arts Belt. Midnight blue is traditionally awarded as the rank immediately preceding Black Belt—or used in place of Black Belt—in Korean martial arts such as Tang Soo Do, Tae Kwon Do, and Soo Bahk Do.

Crafted by Kataaro with a 100% cotton double core and a durable, colorfast poly/cotton outer fabric, this belt is built for long-term training and formal rank recognition. As one of the few companies that have a Midnight Blue belt in their selection I have to say I am impressed with the quality and workmanship behind the creation of these belts. I just received my belt in the mail. The belt was rolled and packed in plastic With a ribbon wrapped around the belt to keep it tight, wrapped firmly in paper, then packed in a form fitted box to make sure it did not flop around while being shipped. The order slip inside was signed by the person who made it. The belt is of great quality and the embroidery is beautiful. I have to thank Kitaaro for the quality and workmanship behind the creation of this belt. They obviously believe in making the Blackbelt experience a special and memorable event. Thanks Very Much!

The color of this belt is impeccable. When you're a Tang Soo Do Practicioner, it is often a mark of quiet distinction and a way to honor our heritage and tradition by wearing a belt of midnight blue. This belt, with the double strapping core, has an incredible thickness and just feels right. It is constructed to the highest degree of perfection and feels like a trophy each time I wrap it and train hard. I know this belt will last for decades.
